It’s 2:20AM and I returned home about an hour ago after possibly the worst week of my life. Last Thursday I received a promising email from a girl in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. Impulsively, I booked a ticket on a ‘minicruise‘ to Bilbao, which is about thirty minutes away from Vitoria-Gasteiz. Don’t let the word ‘minicruise‘ fool you; it wasn’t glamorous. This was the cheapest way to get to Spain, costing just £68. After two long, uncomfortable, seasick, cabaret-filled nights, I arrived in Bilbao and I got a taxi to Vitoria-Gasteiz to meet the girl. It wasn’t her. After an awkward coffee, I got my taxi back to the port. However, the ferry wasn’t there. It turns out I had forgotten to set my watch to Spanish time and I had managed to miss my return journey by about 40 minutes.
My improvised journey back to England has been an unusual one. No, actually, scrap that; a painfully horrible one. I’m going to bed.

better luck next time, i hope you find her wherever she is ^^
Hey, someone might have suggested this already, but I’m sure there’d be a virtual face creator on the internet you could use instead of your picture, just for a little more detail.
No suggestions for a site though, I haven’t had a look.
